Gamesalad won't open on my Windows 7 PC

I just signed up with Gamesalad and downloaded the program. I have the icon on my desktop but when I try to open it, it doesn't do anything. How do I get Gamesalad to open?

    I have the same problem with Windows 7 64 bit. I am running Intel i7 chip and it will not open. do i need to download something else?

    I don't use Windows that often, but have you tried right clicking and running as administrator?

    If you've tried everything (restart computer, running as administrator, rubbed 2 sticks together, made a sacrifice to Odin) then you may want to contact support.
