It can't be opened when i have the purchased template.

The template is called Ladders can't be opened when i finished the purchase. The download file is called UG041.gszip. when i click it a file named ug041 already exist in the game project and there are three options skip this file ,replace, rename . none of these is an useful option

and after i hit replace and rename option, no game project or file shows up, i am worry it is a virus....
