Everyday I got a sell cancelled at GooglePlay. It says that the customer has cancelled it.
When they do that does they keep the downloaded app?

After getting emails saying an order has been canceled frequently I wanted to know what is going on.
From Google Support:
"You will have 15 minutes to cancel an order. To find the "Refund" button and cancel your order:
Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
Tap Menu > My Apps.
Find the app you've purchased that you'd like to cancel and tap to open the details page.
Within the 15 minutes, you will see the option to "Open" or "Refund" - tap "Refund" to cancel the order."
They can also not review the app after the return, so if they open it and don't love it within 10 minutes they rush back to the store and click refund in under 15 minutes.
After the Market became Google Play, this started happening WAY more often.
Hell, I might just start test driving apps...
if I like it, ill be too busy playing it to realize 15 min has passed
