Anyone had this when trying to submit a file via the application loader?

If so, is it an Apple issue? Or an actual issue with my build?

Apple issue. im having the same problem right now, as well as people from all over the world. Some people reported it also yesterday. Apple should fix it soon.

Bah....could really do with getting a couple of updates up.
Hope they get it sorted soon. After a bit of reading, looks like it's been like this for at least 4 or 5 hours today.

Yeah.. kinda sucks. Could really do with getting an update out asap, as I have an issue causing my iAd CTR to be 0%....doh

I just managed to publish as well. Glad it is fixed.

Yeah. I published 2 updates earlier. deffo working again.
