Adverts from leadbolt Help please

Hi I recently tried adding HTML adverts from leadbolt into my app using a URL behavior
But I don't seem to be getting any impressions could any one tell me why I have even tried to add the app wall but no luck

Is this kind of thing blocked or something

    you cannot add HTML to your apps. The URL behavior is just a URL no more. It has to be triggered and opens a webpage. beyond that the only ad options are iAds and playhaven.

    No Cus if i open a URL it opens a web view with the page I put in on

    So I cud then open a leadbolt app wall
    In the web view it works with apple apps but just not working with android if you get me
