I finished my game. Now what are the steps on getting it onto my iPhone?

I've read different methods and I'm pretty confused.

Do I export it as "Macintosh Creator," or "JSON?"

Once I bring it to my Mac, what do I do from there (sorry for the noob question)?

I would really appreciate some clarification.

Phew that looks like a lot of steps. Do I have to go through all of those registration steps even if I just want to playtest it on my own device?
