Issues with my account.. not sure if this is the right place or not :D seems right.

When on the forums while signed in.. I click my name at the top right.. the drop down menu appears.. then i click log out.. and it says something along the lines of we have been notified of the problem.

Another problem... When moving from forum to the arcade page.. it shows im not logged in.

Another prob im having.. When trying to log in, on the arcade page. I select the sign in option. The website promts me to sign in.. i provide my email and password... then it says incorrect password / possibly wrong email.. Any advice thanks?
Tried logging out when on the forum but that wont work atm XD

Oh and i cant view my profile page.. when clicking my name at the top right.. then clicking profile ,this is the message i receive
