can the game be published for windows users?

    Hi, not sure what you are asking, but im guessing your asking can windows users publish a game?

    The answer the the question is YES, but only to android & HTML (such as facebook) & even the google chrome store..

    you are unavailable (as a windows user) to publish to the apple app store
