Code Signature Error In Application Loader

I have done everything right (I have downloaded all certificates and provisioning profiles) and all should work, because it did before, but now I always get this error when trying to upload my app through Application Loader.
"Application failed codesign verification. The signature was
invalid, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution
Certificate."
What can I do? I already tried recreating the certificate and the provisioning profile but it didn't work. I already have to apps in the AppStore and had no errors at all. I really need help though this is a great app!
