Differences between gs pro and free

Is there any differences between gs pro and free version, when it comes to speed, bugs and stability?.
The question may look silly, but I have the free version and it crashes a lot of times per day and things don't seam to work very well. If I had the pro version and the result would be the same, I would be very, very disappointed with it.
The thought of giving up and forget gamesalad has crossed my mind a million times and it´s because of these bugs and crashes and the little things that don't work and you close the program and open it again and it works. I love the idea of having a piece of software that allows me to do some kind of game without programing but sometimes I wonder if the burning neurons is worth it.
