Nook/Kindle broken since May 30

Nook and Kindle rotation has been broken since .93 came out on May 30. Is there any priority to fixing this? It's been over 2 months!
That's 2 months out of my 12 month paid membership that I haven't been able to release a Nook or Kindle game. How is this acceptable?

My new app, Knights Kwest, just got accepted yesterday.
All I did was follow these steps:

I still think there should be an official fix, instead of community members having to find workarounds. Not acceptable in my book.
