Changing my free game to 69p Question..

Hi
I have a game on iPhone and iPad,and it is currently free to download and play the first 7 levels
I have a button to buy full game,
If i update my game to 69p to download, and delete the buy full game button and change the game so all levels unlocked wouldn't this make it so the people that have downloaded my game for free update there game and everything would be unlocked?
How could I change this to a paid app?

Your new game would be an update - so, yes, I'm guessing that people who already have it would get the unlocked version when they are invited to update.
Perhaps create a complete new game, as I have with 'Mouse Bounce' and 'Mouse Bounce 2', and include the full content only in the paid for game.

@petercoupe yes I was thinking about that.
What I have done is created two leader boards and two lots of achievement Ids but same achievements in my two different versions Is it possible to combine all the leader boards and achievements all together?
Because really you want the ranks on one leader board.

@Dazza006 No, Itunes Connect doesn't let you combine leader boards of different games... yet
