Bouncy Balls?

I've created a game called Bouncy Balls, it is a canon shooting game where you have to shoot stars and the game will rate you on how you did. You can play it on Gamesalad Arcade or http://cssgenius.blogspot.com/2012/07/revised-game-bouncy-balls.html.

Any feedback too?

    this game pisses me off, you used tsb's artwork and code and google images. Dr. T has only helps you and you repay him with this piece of crap. LEARN INKSCAPE AND LEARN GAMESALAD!!!!!!

    i found stuff that isn't copyrighted. btw, i use inkscape to (know any good website to learn from, @MjMDesign)

    Sorry to blow my top, #1 even if it isn't copyrighted don't use random images, it looks bad. #2 I haven't found any inkscape websites but try recreating om nom from cut the rope or the red bird from angry birds, you can learn a lot.

    @mjmdesign he hasn't published the game it was done as a mock up. Gilles hasn't raised a concern with it. It'd be nice if there weren't so many personal attacks on the forums, always seem to be from the same members.

    @KermitTheefrog tsb hasn't seen it yet and I'm sure he wouldn't be pleased with someone doing a game similar to his with some of his gfx.

    also how do you know there have been many attacks as this is your first post?

    @pan_joshua they seem to think that life doesn't extend past the forums. I don't have to be logged in to view discussions.

    @mjmdesigns I'm not sure how old you are, from other posts you seem like 12. I can't speak for Gilles but knowing his rationality he wouldn't mind a simple mockup.

    @KermitTheefrog you joined today and it does not seem that you are here to make friends. It looks like you created a user to attack @mjmdesigns and justify @pan_joshua, and in my opinion this is a form of trolling and a sous should probably check the IPs on the posts.

    Nobody can speak for @tshirtbooth, but frankly some of the top devs here are tired of being pissed off every time someone steals their stuff. Justifying the act by saying "Gilles hasn't raised a concern with it" is wrong. Did you ask him ahead of time and he didn't raise a concern? Did he post it as public domain? or you just assume that he knows everything that goes on around the web?

    1. Using the same icon as a publish game on the App Store is unethical and sometimes illegal.
    2. How did you determine that using an image is allowed? You will need to have explicit permission to use it, not finding a copyright notice does not mean that you can take something.
    3. There is no shame in doing an honest mistake, question is where you go from here.

    @eatingmyhat I don't even know where to begin... I didn't attack mjmdesigns (how ridiculous) in fact it was his first post on this thread that attacked pan_joshua. If I joined today what difference does it make to my statement?

    It seems like my statements which where clear to begin with have been taken a different way.


    @tshirtbooth what has pan_joshua done to you that has caused you to not make another video?

    so it looks like eatingmyhat is ganging up, the sort of mentality which I don't condone. Perhaps you're trolling..

    @tshirtbooth I think its good that we clear up the problem, otherwise it fuels the fire in other people. I'm not trying to offend or defend anyone on this thread, I asked why there was so many personal attacks on the forum. I don't think mjmdesigns has to be so critical and harsh to other members. Would you agree?
