App icon size for the app store.

What size does your app icon need to be for the app store i herd it has changed to 1024x1024 is this true? at the moment i have my app icon for the app store at 512x512

    512x512 for publishing with GS, and 512x512, or 1024x1024 for iTunes Connect (but bigger is better).

    I saw a template on the gs forms some days ago, it was a psd file with every size you will need when publishing a game.. but i cant find it now..
