ipad: icon.png dimensions (144x144) don't meet the the size requirements. The icon must be in 72x72

I have succesfully published my app in Gamesalad and getting ready to upload to iTunes via application loader. When I process the upload it will say, ipad:icon.png dimensions (144x144) don't meet the size requirements. The icon must be in 72x72 in PNG format.

Anybody encounters this problem?

I don't think we can resize the icon size. It is done by the gamesalad server.

I icon shouldn't be 144x144 ..

you should make one that is 512x512.. or 72x72 (but tbh, I always made mine in 512x512

I didn't make the icon.png. Gamesalad server did. My icon is 512x512. Anybody has information on this? or encounters this?
