Those bugs are in your code, not the project itself. Please post more details about your code and what it looks like.

I've noticed sometimes when I drag an actor from the list of actors to a spot on the screen, it doesn't actually drop in the right spot; however, if I move it then it stays there.

Have you tried entering specific coordinates on the properties of your actor (the one on the scene, not the prototype) ?
