Resizing character images for animation HELP

dropoutdropout Member Posts: 19
I got a character animated and for each different action the image size is different. For example the character puts his arms up and down, So each image file of the animation is a different size. So my question is has anyone come across a quicker way to resize the images. I was going to just have a photoshop canvas at the biggest image size and then scale each other one to look the same. But that is going to take forever, Any tips or software that can make this quicker?
Thankyou

Here is what I do. I take my character and create an outline around them at the size of the largest animation. I put all my animations in layers and line them up. Then I export each layer with the outline around them as PNGs then I open each png and erase the outline and save it this keeps the image the same size and they stay lined up.
