App Live but game Center not working..

Ok my first app just got approved which I'm very excited about but just downloaded it from the new released section on the app store because if I put the name in its not showing yet.
And game center is not working, can't even log in.
Is this normal do I have to wait for it to go live?
The I.A.P seems to be working..

    Wait 24-48 hours and then if GC doesn't work try to understand why :)

    Did you make sure to enable the achievements you setup prior to getting the app published? I know this tripped me up. All the achievements were up and running in testing, but were not enabled for when the game was released. Now I'm stuck back in the review que waiting to get an "update" out just to turn them on. Won't be doing that again, let me tell you.

    @ellfire Its all turned on, In iTunes connect achievements and leaderboard is live.
    It has only been approved about 2hrs ago do you think it will start working when the game is on the app store properly?
