Yet more apple approval inconsistencies

So...
I have a free game called "Dood Jump". I mainly use it as a test bed for the ad services we have in GS. So it has iAds in, and when the play haven start screen stuff was added, I added that too.
It's an endless runner, and has been out for over a year, and has been updated by be 6 times.
I tried to submit a 7th update, with some play haven stuff in the change scene behaviours.
This 7th update was rejected because :
"It would be appropriate to remove or revise any content which is similar to the trademarked game Doodle Jump, such as the app name."
Now, lets all be honest here...there IS a reason I called it Dood Jump....but even so.
It just annoys me that this gets rejected (the 7th update mind you) cos it "might" have a similar name, but stuff with blatant copyright infringement gets through.
I once had an app rejected because I had used a font that was similar to the disney font!
Anyways....that's my rant over for the day.

Apple can be very annoying about that stuff. I don't know if there is really anything our community can do to help though.. I would contact Apple developer support and see why it was accepted previous times and this time it wasn't. Try to make a convincing argument and see what happens. If your lucky, you might get it overturned. Good luck.
