You can add collect coins falling from top and with that coins user can purchase power or costume which protect them for few mins. Gamesalad support inapp purchase and you can find store free demo on @tshirtbooth site.
If I were you I would remove the video and create a new one... By spelling a word wrong - Me personally if I was watching that I would assume that these people are not professional; If they didn't over-view there video for errors then imagine what their game is like.....
I would definitely add some more features. One trick pony's doesn't sell. The graphics is overall looking good. But why is there an kid in the menu and a stick figure in-game? Graphical consistency is important. Your game is only as good as you weakest pieces (the stick figure).
Hate to say this... But... If the game was arranged vertically and not horizontally, the player would have more time to react to incoming objects. It would also give you more control over level design, assuming the drops aren't just random.
Yeah this could easily and should be a side scroller running game. In your video you need to put dissolves between the cuts and the text scrolling takes wayyyyy to long. I agree with the kid thing too he needs to be made the character in the game.
Huh its like Angry Bird release first version with castle destroyer and in next update they released update and added birds and pigs. I am not talking about ur game play is hit like angry birds but you need to take action first. Will do in next update shows your are not even interested in your game play. You need to work out lot in this game.
I do not appreciate you calling me and my company lazy. We simply will make the changes in the next update because we have already submitted our game to itunes connect days ago and it will put us days if not a week or two behind schedule to reject the binary and make some changes in the first version. Like CreativeApps said, A game does not have to be perfect at first to be successful. Sewage leak is not absolutely perfect yet but it is still lots of fun and we are sure many people that buy it will enjoy it.
@megapixellideas Creativeapps never said a game doesn't have to be perfect first to be successful he say
"huh its just like when angry birds started off and had worse gameplay.. I am not talking about ur game play is hit like angry birds but you need to take action first."
I did not call you or your company lazy I said
"Will do in next update" when you could do it now, Shows a laziness towards the app
Please read carefully before you come to conclusions on both accords
Creative apps used Angry Birds as an example basically saying that they started out with a game, updated it and then were successful, but that it doesn't always work out that way and he too recommends that I update beforehand. I am willing to take that "risk" of not updating beforehand just like the creators of Angry Birds did.
When someone shows laziness toward something, it implies that the person showing laziness is lazy.
I don't want to turn this thread into and argument, I simply wish to get positive or negative feedback and I will then make my own decision about what to do with it. If you have anymore constructive positive or negative feedback about our game Sewage Leak then I would like to hear it. On the other hand, if you are only going to try to persuade me to think that your feedback is correct and should be followed immediately then I would not like to hear it. I hope you understand.
@MegapixelIdeas sorry @LeonardDeveloper is right you need to take some action in first version only. First impression is last and best impression. Its up to you.
angry birds is a one in a million game that partly got lucky and went viral. Then got lots of talk in the news and press this is a very rare occurrence and to count on having the same kind of rare experience is like buying a new expensive house because some guy in another state won the lottery and you expect to win it some day. If you want to be foolish, that is your decision, but the proof will be how you make out as time goes on and we will see for sure. This I can say for sure, the way this game is now I would never buy it.
@MegapixelIdeas Going to chime in on this, because this needs to be addressed. This is feedback not only on your game but also upon the way you are conducting yourself as a business entity. Don't take this too harshly please, just give it some thought.
@creativeapps is right about first impressions. Updates are not the way to address what should be polished out this first time around. You are an LLC, you are presenting yourself as a professional software developer that creates commercial applications. Not an arm-chair or amateur developer that does this out of hobbyist interests.
This is from your own profile description:
"Professional Application Development"
"Megapixel Ideas LLC is an App Development company commited to providing high quality Applications available on the Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android Devices"
Do you truly feel that what you have shown us thus far correlates with your mission statement?
If you deliver the game as it stands you are basically saying you don't care about quality and impression you will be delivering. I don't want you to feel cut down, but what you demonstrate differs from what professional developers are. Especially with the thought that you feel this is a title ready to hit the store.
You are ambitious and driven. You have ideas and you have the means to make them so that others can experience them. Don't feel rushed to deliver. Take your time and get this to where it mirrors the standard you proclaim. Otherwise you will only let yourself down. I hope you take the time to put polish on this title.
I also agree with the coin collection that was suggested by creativeapps. It definitely would increase the user's excitement as he plays the game due to the multiple things going on at once. One thing happening is easy to follow, therefore not very exciting.. On the other hand; the graphics are looking very nice. I definitely recommend turning the kid into the character for the next update.
@MegapixelIdeas what ever everyone said take it positive way. We want to see some level of success in your game. All feedbacks you get from awesome GS community member have truth. I again repeat dont take it negative way. You can still reject the binary from iTunes and think again on updates as per we suggest. Good Luck for that
Note: I have tones of ideas which make your this type of game successful. So think out of the box
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I am not taking anyones feedback negative and appreciate constructive feedback as everyone has given us. I am still not going to implement the changes until the next update but that is just my decision. We will see how it goes.
After being in a hurry to get my first game out, I realised that waiting an extra week or two and getting a more polished game in the store would be the better way to go. But good luck with your game.

This sounds like a good idea. I might add it in an update.

The app seems simple, and not very fun filled. You should add more things in like the coin idea.
