How do I completely set up Play Haven?

Ok so I just got pro and I'm trying to use play haven. I enabled it through the link on the GS creator but I'm not sure if there is more information that I need to include. Do I have to link it to my bank account or a Paypal account or something so that GS knows where to send the money?
