upload error

When i try to upload my project , it gets an error

''Error saving game project, unable to overwrite save directory.Make
sure there are no project files opened in another program.''

straight after this gamesalad with crash.
Already send in ticket for this , but wondering if anybody else had this problem ?

    I didn't get the error but if 'sending in a ticket' is not contacting gamesalad try contacting them

    oops sorry guess kinda tired, anyway yea i did contact them ,

    Are you on Windows? Not sure if this will help, but open Task Manager and see if you have more than 1 instance of GS running. Also make sure the folder you are trying to save the app to has full permissions.

    yea checked the task manager and only one version of game salad running.
    also checked the folder have full admin permissions on it. Made sure
    my antivirus stuff was off too.

    and yea running windows 7.

    decided to try it on my laptop ,and it actually started uploading but then
    i got another error. understand gamesalad for windows is in beta but
    it really does not seem to like me.
