Submissions Open for Game of the Month JUNE!
Greetings Community!
We were so excited to award @921creative 's "Night of the Firefly" as the GameSalad Game of the Month May!
Now, onto Game of the Month June! We are excited, as always, to see your amazing and inspiring submissions!
A few reminders again about how it works:
Each month for a one- two-three week time period, I will open a “sticky” forum thread for submissions. And the end of the month, the GameSalad team will choose its favorite and announce the winner within the first week of the next month.
We will contact the winner via email within the last week of each month. Each winner will be asked to complete a Developer questionnaire. I will use this information to create a developer bio and to craft a blog post that promotes your awesomeness!
We will feature the Game of the Month in dedicated Facebook, Twitter, and GameSalad.com blog posts.
The Ground Rules:

Your game must be complete and published! (We have to be able to play it to know if it is worthy of winning!)
- Just to be clear, this is not a post to simply "announce" an upcoming game.
Apps must be posted within the sticky thread in order for it to be considered

Description
Deflect is a puzzle game which requires patience and skill. You must draw lines to help guide the ball to its objective. However its not that easy! You will need to avoid obstacles and use timing. Some blocks move in the way, some get destroyed and some even make you restart the level. You must also tilt your iPhone to guide the ball to the star.
Working through 100 levels you need to use your patience and timing skills to complete levels. This is a very effective strategy game that gets you thinking. Good Luck!

It's taken me many months, and it signifies my official escape from the games industry, and out into the world of indie mania!
The game is inspired by growing up in the 80's, and all the wonderful electronic games that blew my mind.
I worked as Game Designer for 4 years at Firemint. I helped create SPY mouse, and the Real Racing series. It was most bodacious. But after working in the Melbourne games industry for 10 years, Game Salad finally gave me the golden key to escape and make my own games, at last!
