Not working Linera Velocity properly

Helo,
Just started to work with this tool, but already got some problems which I can't solve.
For example according to tutorial http://gamesalad.com/wiki/tutorials:video_tutorials:create_from_scratch_1
1. You add actor and add change velocity to move up and down. This works fine.
2. But when you start scene and try to move this object up and out of bounds it doesn't returns at bottom again it just moves up nowhere.
3. When you add according to tutorial change Attribute -> Linear velocity X and Y to 0 it still keep moving out of bound instead of stopping near the end of area.
Can some one help me with this>?

I can wrap only image under Grafic options
Click the Scene Tab, then click Attributes.
Select Wrap X and Wrap Y.
