File error on Create a new project from a template

Hi guys!
In my first time on creating the simple game from a template dashboard, the error "file error:file path c:\program files\game salad creator\template\upload9.gameproj/ does not exist".
But I have the folder in my computer. Some one could help me?

Answers
c:\program files\game salad creator\template\upload9.gameproj
and double click that file, does it open?
If so, save it as a new name somewhere else and work on it from there.
