Any time you find art online, you need to be careful about determining whether or not you can legally use that art for other purposes. Some images are free for personal use, meaning you can use them to test things out in GameSalad but you can't publish games to the App Store that use those images. Some are free for commercial use, meaning you can publish games that use those images. Some can't be used for anything and are copyrighted, so even putting them in a free template or posting them on your website may be against the law.

The point is, you need to look into this for each image you want to use. As an example, http://opengameart.org has great art that you can use depending on the license for each image. If you click on the icon below "License(s)" on the left sidebar (for an example, see this image URL: http://opengameart.org/content/rainbow-trout), you can read the license information. Here's an example for that image URL: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0. In this case, the author allows commercial use as long as you attribute the work (give credit for it).

again and again … one must have the photographer's/artist's permission to use their work,
including wallpapers … in any work you create … and especially in any commercial work …
and, even if you offer your work for free … it is still considered commercial if it is offered to the general public.

unless the works you want to use are in the public domain
(and that usually excludes anything in the last 75 years)

of course you can take the photos yourself …

It's a bit tough to understand you when you write without much sentence structure (e.g. separate sentences, punctuation, etc.).

Whether you use nature photos or 3D wallpaper shouldn't matter much as long as the quality is high. What really matters is how your game plays and whether it's interesting, challenging, fun, etc. But if you'd like, you can post a couple of examples of the photos and wallpaper for people to comment on.

sorry about misunderstanding … sometimes we write for all readers

if you have permissions to use … lovely, lovely photos are always nice …

though do think that perhaps … some game play would add to the enjoyment
