Cliff Notes or Best Practice when setting up Provisioning Profile, App ID, Bundle ID, etc...

Hey guys, I fairly new at this and keep having problems when trying to publish my Apps to iTunes Connect. I end up getting it to work but it normally takes me like 3 attempts (to get the stuff in GameSalad Creator to match iTunes Connect) and by then it tells me I can't use the app name in iTunes Connect when trying to upload my app. Why does iTunes not let me use the same name even if the App was never accepted, very frustrating.
Can anyone share any best practice for the following:
- When to use a wildcard when creating an App ID (it looks like you can't do in app purchases with wildcard)
- Can one App ID be used to publish multiple Apps, seems like the last part of the App ID string is unique to just 1 app
- Can I set up one Provisioning Profile for multiple Apps or does it need to be unique for each app
- I get the com.XXXXXXX.XXXXX Bundle ID format, but it doesn't seem intuitive as the last part of that string is duplicative to my Provisioning Profile
- Any other Best Practice when setting up both Bundle ID's and Provisioning Profile
My biggest frustration is not being able to use my original app name as it tells me I already used that name even if it was never accepted by apple.
Thanks
Jeff

fadamion Posts: 3091.I don't use wild card ever so idk
2.I would use new names each time for each app
3. 1 provisioning for each app
4. Don't know apples weird
5. You will get better after failing 100 times, its apple not you.
