How do I change app icon/screenshots?

How do i upload a new icon and screenshots into my app that is already on the appstore?

    You can only change the icon in a new version, and you should be able to change the screenshots in iTunes Connect by opening the Manage Applications page then your apps page, then the current versions. There you should see the edit button on top of the description. You'll be able to change the screenshots there.
