Nook rejected?

Hey guys
2 of my 3 apps have been rejected for this reason. anyone know or have an idea of what im doing wrong? thanks!
The application has not passed technical review and is waiting for an update from the developer.
Files - Rejected: We are unable to install this application due to this error: INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES. We believe the apk file was signed, edited, and not resigned. Please fix this error and resubmit.

Sounds like you sent the unsigned apk instead of the signed one.
Amazon is the only place you should be sending the unsigned version.
