Hey everyone,

I took about 3 month to made "KungFu Bug " this awesome game for iPhone ,iPad, OSX(coming soon..) and I have just released them on the iOS App Store. It has come a long way since I released my first game "Starving Aphids!" I was very tired but very happy with that in these months. KungFu Bug is a 2D action/adventure game where you need to drag the main bug to breake the bottle and rescue the bees and butterflies ! It's easy to play
and anyone can pick it up. But timing is the most biggest challenging. Because bee only has 20sec to survive in the bottle butterfly can survive 40Sec so
please rescue bee frist !! Full of interesting and fun gameplay, KungFu Bug! let you become next hero!!

    OK, here we go.

    The good - amazing graphics. Really some of the best i've seen. Great story idea. Great control system for the bug.

    The bad -

    It took me for ever to beat the first level! I must have crashed into that jar a million times and it would not break. It was really frustrating. Way too hard for the first level. Had it not been for the graphics and the fact that it was a GS game I would have stopped playing before even beating the first level.

    There are SO MANY typos, wording problems, bad english, etc. You really need to have this proofread by a native english speaker. If I'm an apple guy in charge of selecting new and noteworthy this just might make me say no to this game despite how gorgeous it is.

    Honestly this just makes me sad. There has obviously been so much love put in this game, but you obviously didn't get anyone to beta test (at least any native english speakers).

    Here's what I would do TBH. I would pull this game and register a new name immediately. Something like BugFu or KungFu Bugs. Then I would use test flight to get people from this community to beta test your game. Or you may get enough feedback from these promos. Then I would fix the typos and make the jar much easier to break.

    Then re-release it so you have a chance to get N&N. If weren't for these issues I would think that this would be a HUGE hit! I really think you could do well with it if you fixed these things.

    Looks beautiful and very polished. Some other suggestions, cut the video length in half and have it wrap up in about a minute, it just went on too long for me. When you hit the bottle, have it crack but then if it takes another hit or falls, it should then shatter and disappear. That should add another little level of polish :)

    I agree with @scitunes - fix the spelling errors and name. This could be an excellent game.

    I played the game a bit more and have a few more suggestions. This time from a developer standpoint.

    Here's what I would do:

    1) Make it easier to control the distance of movement. So if I want to move the bug over just a bit to get a better angle I would like to be able to pull the arrow out just a little bit and have him move slower. I would use the magnitude function to get the distance between the touch X and Y and the bug to determine the speed of the bug's movement.

    2) Create a hit point system for the jars. The faster the ninja bug hits the jar the greater the hit points. This way you could hit a jar softly a bunch of times to break it or hit it hard once to break it. You could also have an image change using this. So when self.HitPoints > ??? change image to CrackedButNotBroken.png and when self.HitPoints > ??? change image to BrokenOpenBottle.png.

    3) Maybe redo your three star system so that if you can take as much time as you want but you get an extra star if you complete the level in under a certain time. This way both casual gamers and more hard core gamers could have success.

    Anyways, this game has SO MUCH potential and I wish the best with it!

    @scitunes is right make the jar easier to break. I don't like the pause and the restart button, I think they don't go with the game style ( that is just my taste ). You should do instant reset or some thing saying loading on it. I made a demo for you : http://www.sendspace.com/file/jfsi1l

    Dude...i've been slamming that bug into the bottle, and it's just not breaking. Fix that and I'd play some more.
