$4 is a steep price for a game like that.

    $4.00 ? What?

I thought carefully about the pricing. The PMP Certification is an expensive proposition. The test costs $500 to take. A prep course will run you $800. Most of the study materials on the market cost $25-80. If you search for "PMP" on the app store, you will see that it is pretty competitively priced.

This app is not intended for a general audience. It is targeted for the 30,000 - 50,000 people per year who are applying for their certification or looking to update their certification. These people are generally professionals with a budget to allocate to this type of study aid.

Actually, I don't expect to make much money at launch. I expect this app to be promoted mainly offline by professional groups and PMP trainers. A sales stream of 5 copies per week is my goal.

As a professional project manager, I can tell you that an app like this is a bargain at $4.
People sometimes spend thousands on PMP cert test preparation...

nice... spotted a grammar mistake on your instructions picture (3rd image) ... incorrect is spelt wrong... and yea its purpose built app so it should be priced accordingly to its competition/target audience.

My wife just did her PMP cert last year. She would appreciate this. Nothing wrong with your strategy and you can adjust when needed. Good luck on the app!

To those thinking it's over priced, it's a specialized app and learning tool. Apps like this are part of an investment. I did not think twice about dropping 20 bones on @Photic's guide for the very same reason.
