Really nice idea, but theres legal work thats involved when you sell something and say all the money goes to charity.

I was actually thinking about doing a website where people can submit apps and i would upload them, and then they would get 70% of the profits from it, but i thought, most people would just by the developer program..

@flopflopgames I admire your drive to do all this charity stuff but you have got to get some adults who know the ins and outs of business involved and you just focus on making the games and having the ideas to raise money. You have to actually setup a non-for-profit organization and register with the IRS etc…. to do something like this. and while your ideas are fine you are still a kid and overlooking major important things like professionalism. A good example is "Then every mouth the money will go to Make-A-Wish!" people are not going to donate to a non-profit that didn't proof read their own material. Im pretty sure its even slightly illegal to have your site up like that claiming money is going to charity without having the proper non-profit registrations in place. people can actually request to see that info and report you when you cannot provide it.
