Best Tool for Screenshots/Promo Videos?

I'm getting ready to submit my game to Apple soon, and I need some high quality screenshots and promo videos. I am using Screenflick to capture gameplay in the GS Preview on the Mac, but I don't have the option of hiding the cursor, so it doesn't look 100% like the game's being played on the iPhone.

Any suggestions for capturing good promo videos and screenshots?

    I managed to get it when it was free on the mac app store, looks like you have to pay now for v2 (I have v1) but it's great quality and easy to use. I'm pretty sure it lets you hide the mouse pointer too but I can't confirm as I'm at work.

    For screenshots I just use grab that comes with the mac, but I think you can output them straight from gameslad.

    Thanks @ooi. I like Screenflick, except the option to hide the cursor is grayed out and I can't uncheck it. Anyone have a way around this? I see the screenshot button in GS, but everything's saved as 480x320. iTunes requires 960x640 screenshots. If I enlarge them, they get pixelated. How does everyone else get 960x640 screenshots for iTunes?
