1) What size are the app icons in the store, and can I use a Photoshop document(.psd) to make my icon?
2) Hypothetically, if I sell my app for $1, will I gain any profit by using the free version of Gamesalad?
3) How long does it usually take for the app to get accepted to the store(assuming it is accepted on your first try), how many days?

2. Yes, GameSalad does not take profit from your sales, Apple takes 30%.
