iPad - iPhone game versions

Hello gurus,

i have a game and i will publish it for iphone (Wich is universal for iPod-iPad also). My question is tha if i want to publish the same game for iPad (meaning resided pngs etc.. ) i need to upload it as a DIFFERENt game, with different different distribution certification and provisioning profile from Apple??
