Please help Major Problem

So I just finished my game and now it will not publish, I keep getting an error Could not publish game project.

Our terms and policies have changes, please login to your account at http://gamesalad.com to review these changes.

Does anyone know what this means?????

    have u agreed to all terms and are allowing GS permission on your machine (I think related to keys)?
    might want to try to close and open GS creator (perhaps reboot your mac).
