What's the best way to make a YouTube video of a game?

Screen capture of play with Game salad? Or is there a better way?

Play your game in GS and capture the screen with ScreenFlow. There you can edit your video easily. I made the trailer for my latest game using ScreenFlow and Keynote for the effects.
