If it works on iPhone it should work on iPod Touch. If there is an issue that older version of iPod Touch run out of memory or it runs too slow you can always specify in iTunes connect that it only runs on 3GS or above. But you might want to clarify what the issue is then you can get more help.

Thanks for the reply! Well my game seems to take a lot of memory and it runs fine on the iPhone4/4s but the 3GS drops in performance a lot. Then I tried it on an iPod touch not sure what generation but it had a camera on the front and back so I assumed it was a newer one and it didn't run at all. So I'm not sure how to go about either fixing it or just trying t submit the game and hope for the best.
