publishing trouble

I published my app but the file that I got from gamesalad isn't recognized by the application finder (it's not a zip file) and when I click on it I get an error message "You cannot open application because it is not supported on this type of Mac!"... I have a MacBookPro... what can I do to get this to work?

Once you get that "file" from game salad at the end of the publish , you need to compress it
'right click' -> compress file .
The compressed file (the zip) is what you choose from application loader ..

Make sure you are using a distribution profile not the developer profile you use to install and test on a device.

Yeah, I saw your video, I understand what you're saying but I kind of did it all backwards... what I mean is I made a profile months ago for distribution for this game. I got backed up and just now finished it. I didn't realize that I needed to upload the developer profile into xcode until I had already done everything else. It still doesnt seem to work, I tried republishing it but still the same message... should I delete everything and start over with the profiles? not sure what to do...

Figured it out! had to change the provisioning profile in gamesalad after downloading the developer profile in xcode! I feel kinda stupid for spending whole day on this... but, app store here I come! check out my game if any of you get a chance at www.jnica.com

    Thanks for the help!

    Ok, my mistake.
I was not in Application Loader when i clicked the zip file, that's why i got the error that the file could not be opened.
And the instruction to right click compress the file????? why do i need to do it?

Now i have the error -
Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate.

How do i resolve this? Anyone knows?

i believe you no longer need to click compress the file you got from gamesalad, because it is already in zip format.
