The graphics are resized a bit. Don't worry, the way it looks in GS is how it'll look on an iPhone.

how will it look when I embed the game on my website? I haven't had a chance to try that yet.

I wouldn't have any problem playing the games online without that resizing... This definitly don't makes the look and graphics any better...

I would definitely prefer to play the games online set at the iphone screen size.

And is it just me, or do the physics seem a little different? The controls just don't feel the same when I play them with the browser.

When you press the embed button for your game, there are options for the screen size. The smallest is the iPhone dimensions. Once you click that, you can use the updated embed html code in your site to play it.
