Game Not Working Right In GameSalad Arcade

A week ago I posted a game to GameSalad Arcade and have been fighting with this problem since.
In the GameSalad App the game works fine, but when I post it the buttons are a lot higher on the screen then they are supposed to be and it renders the game useless. This is very urgent because this game is going to be my submission to the STEM Video Game Competition and I need it working in the Arcade so I can embed it in my webpage.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
