Gamesalad Publishing Server is Experiencing Problems

Been happening for 4 days. Searched all lengths of the forum for solutions, none of them worked. Uploading as new, creating new provisioning and certificates, new Gamesalad account, logging out then back in, you name it. Im using the newest version.
