Confirmation of what @tshirtbooth has stated above. When trying to access the link you provided, it does say that thee account has been suspended. You go to the link in which you provided and a web page comes up with an advertisement which you will want to skip of course. Once clicking to skip ad button, it does say, "This Account Has Been Suspended". Yes you are correct in the fact that it is within the rules of GS but again we are not referring to GS. We are referring to the link in which you provided to download the "FREE TEMPLATE: AWESOME WAR GAME!" from. Hope that is more clear and hopefully this can be fixed because I would def be interested in seeing this template and learn from it!

yes it is! just click the link, wait for the timer in the top right to count down then click skip. BAM! you are on the download page!
