    Picasso is fairly good, as is Rembrant and Michelangelo.

    @Tynan - good one, mate...

    @Unicorninvasion - amazing art is a very objective thing. There are a few good artists on this board offering their services. It might help if you had an idea what you are looking for (examples always help). If you post something more specific and ask for help (mind you, asking for free art is not permitted on the board) I am sure there will be artists willing to help. Look at their portfolios and see if you can work with them. Good luck!

    I did one game with amazing artwork … including Da Vinci!
    in fact it was inspired by Roger Ebert's remark: "There is no art in games…"
    so I made one with 10 examples of really great art!
     Art in the Louvre-HD …reviews sucked … sales soared! … go figure???
    complaints of no directions … how do you tell someone to touch the objects on the screen? (which the game does tell them!)

    @MotherHoose "in fact it was inspired by Roger Ebert's remark: "There is no art in games…""

    That always made my blood boil. Then again, he helped create trash like 'Beyond the valley of the dolls' and 'Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens' like...that's art? I had to sit through those movies at Henry Knowles birthday parties at the Alamo Draft house, glad we were drinking....heavily.

    If a motion picture is art (according to him), then a video game which is so much more, is most certainly so.
