GameSalad Publishing Manager Time Out (0.9.91)

After upgrade to 0.9.91 my previous published projects disappear from the list and I can't publish new ones. a TIME OUT message still pop up. Please help!

    I'm trying to publish my game and it keeps timing out. A window also came up saying that Gamesalad is having server issues. Hence, why it keeps timing out and nothing can be accomplished. All sorts of issues today!

    It's not a 0.9.91 issue at all. I haven't upgraded yet and I have the problem too.
