You can email the signed application that's created by Gamesalad to your gmail address. Then use your Kindle Fire to check your email and open up the attachment from the email. After you install the application from the attachment, its on your Kindle and ready for testing. You also have to allow your Kindle to run third party apps in the settings in order to run your application. It's a really fast process and it works fine. There might be another way but I'm not sure.
Also be careful with that signed application though and make sure it doesn't get out in the wild because that's basically a complete copy of your app.
