Scary Amazon TOS?

So what are these scary amazon terms of service I hear about? I have not seen anything unusual yet... Do these concerns apply to U.S. developers? Please let me know. I am yet to receive my first payment from them and I have had two quite successful releases last month. Are there any unexpected pay cuts I should know about?

I'd like to know about this too, I've heard they a massive cut from developers but I'm not sure if this is still the case.

I haven't heard anything unusual...you get 70% of the sale price of your app...like what Apple does, and you have to make over 10 bucks a month to get your money but if you are an international developer you don't get money until you hit 100 bucks. Am I missing something?

Yes, I have noticed that they change my description. It sounds to me that they do not have anything strange going on with payments.

@Ebreeze, my friends persuaded me to upload that game as an experiment. I had intentions to take it down after a few hours, but Amazon beat me to it

@ericdg123 Where a bouts are you from? I heard if you are outside of the US then Amazon take 30% but also take another 30% for tax unless you fill out lots of forms etc. Was this the case? Do you have any games out for the Fire?
