is IAP working with 0.9.9

Hey guys, has anyone submitted an app with IAP using 0.9.9? I read this alert (Hello all - a fix has been identified and implemented for the issue resulting in users being unable to submit projects to Apple...) and am wondering what the status is of 0.9.9. Thanks
