This'll be the Official logo for the upcoming game "Galastar" THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE KNOCKOFF OF GALAGA. Yes, the names are similar, yes, Galastar IS a shooter, but the similarities stop right there. Galastar has much different game mechanics than galaga. Galastar focuses more on how each enemy attacks rather than by how they move. And Galastar has a much deeper story than Galaga. and the actual word "Galastar" is not just a name for the game. The name does have something to do with a star, but I won't say anything else. To sum it up, Galastar is not galaga with just a different title slapped on it.

    @adscomics... I am sorry... I disagree with the others... to me the logo looks utterly inconsistent with lines going everywhere and the weight / thickness of the characters varying...

    It's a good try but sometimes simpler just works better:

    I actually found the protracted effort to deny any connection with Galaga (definitely not Galaga) quite funny, mentioning Galaga repeatedly throughout the post (definitely not Galaga) and even putting a Galaga (definitely not Galaga) tag in the posts tags.

    Lol !

    No offence intended, I just found it funny (definitely not Galaga).

    @spriteattack yes, I can see what you mean. The way the letters worked, annoyed me a bit as well. So I'm fine with it. but dude, are you gonna allow me to use that? If so, can I get the psd file if made on photoshop? You will get full credit for it.

    @spriteattack ACTUALLY, Instead of using your work, I might just redraw it, and try to use your concept, either way, you'll get credit.
