How do I send my file to the GameSalad crew for tech support?

I'm using a template made by a user here and I've run into an issue that was weird enough to the point where the user didn't know how to fix it. I was hoping to now send it to the GS folks to see if they can possibly find out what's going on. I don't see a place on this site for that, though.
